I have been in the field for 26 years now, from laborer to project supervisor. I take pride in roofs installed properly, and being honest with my customers. 

My son has been around the business most of his life. He started his career young coming to make some extra money on the weekends while in high school. He knows exactly how I want the job done. 

Carlton is my right hand man. With 22 years in the field and 20 of the years with me. He's  all about structure and organization. Through general oversight, his focus is to bring your job to completion on time and within budget. 

Our youngest member for now. Bobby has been around the business his whole life and plans on following the lead on putting together top quality roofs.
